PPA Presents: Reveron Piano Trio

The Reverón Piano Trio is one of the most unique and established chamber music ensembles from Latin America. Born in Venezuela and based in the United States, , Simón Gollo, violin, Horacio Contreras, cello and Ana Ottamendi piano, share a passion and true commitment to introducing audiences to the rich repertoire of Latin American composers, which they program alongside the romantic standard piano trio repertory. These seasoned artists are active promoters of Latin American music through their work as scholars and entrepreneurs, and they have devoted their careers to the discovery, cataloguing, performance, editing, and recording of this repertoire and the commissioning of new works.
