Geneva Lewis

Hailed as  “clearly one to watch” by Musical America, New Zealand native Geneva Lewis made her solo debut at the age of 11 in Pasadena. PPA is thrilled to welcome this rising star to the Wild Rivers region as part of a world tour in which she’s performing with the Auckland Philharmonia, North Carolina Symphony, Augusta Symphony, Kansas City Symphony, Austin Symphony and the Arkansas Symphony. In recital, recent and upcoming highlights include performances at Wigmore Hall, Tippet Rise, Philadelphia Chamber Music Society, Washington Performing Arts, Merkin Hall, and the Dame Myra Hess Memorial Concerts in Chicago.

Join us Sunday, April 16, 2023, at 3pm, for the next performance in our 2022-23 Friends of Music concert series. Geneva Lewis will present a recital of works for solo violin and violin with piano by J.S. Bach, Johannes Brahms, Clara Schumann, and Cesar Franck.

Admission is just $20 and students 18 and under are always FREE!
